Camera Position

The camera will be placed in a central and level position to capture the required image. It will capture a single image, 360 degrees around and from floor to ceiling. The image does not include directly above or directly below the camera.

The Environment

Before we take the panorama picture, the area to be included in the picture must be clean and free of anything that should not be in the picture. Remember when viewing the panorama it's possible to zoom in to see more detail.

Taking the Picture

Good all round lighting is required for better results either as daylight or artificial light. Bright light through a window in one part of the image needs to be avoided.

Setting up the camera and taking each picture will take around 20 minutes. For low light conditions we will use lower camera shutter speeds, therefore as the picture is taken any movement in the environment must be avoided. A number of pictures will be taken in the same position.
